WHAT IS INCLUDED
- The Full Stack Method, guided from hire through your VA's first 90 days: Diagnose, Build, Match, Transfer, Release.
- Done-with-you hiring. We run the ads, the shortlisting, and the initial interviews, then present your top 5 candidates for your final interview.
- 5 workflows mapped and documented with you, custom to your business, plus the Founder Operating Kit: SOP and protocol templates you keep. More workflows can be added for a fee.
- A Time Doctor account for 3 months, with weekly reviews and written summaries.
- Up to five live calls.
- A monthly Loom review of your VA's performance, plus a weekly report with your Time Doctor summary.
THE HONEST BOUNDARY
- We do not run the VA for you. You lead the day-to-day, we guide you through the act of letting go.
- You pay your VA directly. We never touch their wages and we take no markup. The program fee is the only money we collect.
- At day 90 you have four paths: run solo, continue with the Oversight add-on, move up to the Back Office or Fractional Ops, or add a second VA with The Next Hire.
