FAQ
Questions, Answered Straight.
The things founders ask us most, answered the way we would answer them on a call. If yours is not here, our voice assistant can help any hour, or you can see which program fits in about seven minutes.
We are a virtual assistant placement and operations service for service-based founders. We place vetted, multi-skilled VAs and build the infrastructure underneath them: documented SOPs, escalation protocols, and monitoring. Closer to a fractional operations layer than a VA marketplace. The system is built before the person is placed, so your VA arrives to a role that was set up to work.
There are three, on a ladder. The Delegation Program is for the hands-on founder hiring their first VA: you run the VA, we guide you through it. The Back Office is for the founder who wants one VA placed and the employment layer handled: we hold payroll, compliance, and monitoring, and you direct the work. Fractional Ops is for founders who need a whole team run for them against their direction. If you are not sure, the application takes about seven minutes and tells you which one fits.
The Delegation Program is a one-time $3,000 part-time or $3,750 full-time, and you pay your VA directly with no markup from us. The Back Office is $2,800 part-time or $4,000 full-time per month, plus a one-time $750 onboarding fee, month to month. Fractional Ops is custom-quoted based on your team size and scope. Two of the three you can start without ever getting on a call.
Not for the Delegation Program or the Back Office. Prices are on the page and you can start directly. A call is always available if you want to talk it through first, but it is optional. Fractional Ops is the one exception: because it is custom-scoped, it starts with a scoping call so we can quote it accurately.
Our VAs are vetted, multi-skilled professionals who work remotely, fluent in English, tech-fluent, with their working hours aligned to your time zone. For most operations work, which is remote by nature, this is a strong fit. If you genuinely need someone physically in your office to sign documents or attend in person, a local hire is the right call and we will tell you so.
Our guarantee is simple: a VA you trust in 30 days, or we keep working until you have one. We do not stop at a placement. On the Delegation Program, if a VA is not right we help you replace them, up to twice within your 90 days, in 14 days or less. On the Back Office, we replace them as many times as it takes, for as long as you are a client.
A marketplace hands you a pile of profiles to sift through and a person to manage from scratch. We run the hiring and hand you a shortlist, and every placement sits inside infrastructure we build first: SOPs, escalation rules, and monitoring. A past VA that did not work out usually was not proof that delegation fails. It was proof that delegation without infrastructure fails. That is the part we fix.
The recurring work that keeps routing through you: inbox and client communication, calendar and scheduling, CRM updates, admin, bookkeeping support, social content, and project coordination. Because our VAs are multi-skilled, one person can hold several of these lanes at once, which is often one hire instead of three.
Coaching sells advice, and the execution is on you. The Delegation Program sells a placement plus the guidance to make it stick. You end the 90 days with an actual VA running real work, systems built, and a guarantee in place. The calls and support are the structure around it, not the product. The product is a VA you trust.
Your relationship is with us, not dependent on one person staying. On the Back Office the VA is engaged through us, so we handle retention and replacement, and if someone leaves we place a new VA. We also protect your business with confidentiality and non-solicitation terms in our agreements. This is one of the quieter reasons to use a placement service instead of hiring direct.
The Back Office is month to month with no lock-in, on 30 days notice. The Delegation Program is a 90-day guided engagement. The specific refund and cancellation terms live in the agreement you sign, so you can read them before you commit. We would rather you stay because it works than because you are stuck.
We use Time Doctor on engagements, and the point is the opposite of micromanaging. It gives you visibility into the hours without you having to hover or ask, and it protects your VA from being second-guessed. On the Back Office you get reporting from us. Weekly reviews turn into a written summary you can read in two minutes.
The fastest first step is the application, which takes about seven minutes and shows you the program that fits with the price on it. From there, the two direct-purchase programs can begin right away, and placement timelines are covered in your program details. If you would rather ask questions first, our voice assistant is available any hour.
We help you get going, not just fill a seat. We set up the systems and SOPs at onboarding, run the hiring and onboarding of your VA, and walk you through how to hand work off and move forward. Getting started is the part most people get wrong on their own, so it is the part we guide most closely. And if you want ongoing support after that, you can stay in the Full Stack community.
