Why I built this.
When I was in third grade, my mom handed me perya money before leaving again for months to provide for us. I didn't want the money. I wanted her.
Years later, as a property manager building something on the side, I went looking for a VA. Finding the right person had real value, and I was happy to pay for that. What I found instead were agencies charging a markup every month just to keep one on. So I hired my own. Then one for my partner. Then his real estate peers started asking me to find their person too.
I'm an integrator at heart, the person who takes the vision and makes it run. I can't be that for everyone, so I help owners find their own.
We source mainly from the Philippines, where I'm from. It's my way of giving back to home, to people like my mom, and to the country that opened this door for me. A VA with real, sustainable work makes a business owner more effective, and that owner serves their customers better. I hope the good keeps spreading from there.
